1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luminara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Luminara. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Your Account

4. Community Guidelines

Luminara is a faith-driven creative community built on respect, grace, and encouragement. You agree not to post content that:

Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
Is sexually explicit or violent
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Contains spam, misinformation, or deceptive material
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all creative work you upload to Luminara. By posting content, you grant Luminara a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your work within the platform. You may remove your content and revoke this licence at any time by deleting your work or account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Luminara to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts
Use automated tools to interact with the platform
Impersonate another person or organisation

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your public profile and works will be removed from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luminara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of major changes via email.
